Site Setup
- New – User Email notifications on password change, Web Channel Sign in and Rich Client Application Sign in (Excel, Publisher etc). This feature does not support AD users who enter under one or more Active Directory Groups. The Site Setup User Account needs an email address otherwise not notification is sent. Also, Client Setup Email settings need to be set on the Application Server for notifications to work. There are two Email settings in Client Setup, one is on Local Connections and the other is under Services. In addition is there now a new property called Email from address.
Scheduler
- Fix – Server based tasks did not work correctly when executed by a Client over a Remote Connection. This was because it was trying to execute the task locally on the Client’s environment instead of on the Server. Often tasks would fail because the files and folders that where on the Server would not be found on the Client’s pc. With this fix it now executes on the Server.
