Web Channel
- Added addition parameter values to openInNewWin to allow url links to not only be opened in a new tab but also over the existing content when using menus. New values include self, parent. top and blank.

- Fixed Save As Excel Title always used the Published Title which it should have used the Report Title when present.

- Fixed URL parameters that contained rounded brackets would cause issue with Charts (black colours). Brackets are now always encoded by Sharperlight to prevent some browsers from becoming confused even thou this should not have to be encoded.
Scheduler
- Fixed Writeback Source file selection would default to Query when changing the source file options multiple times.
- Added Field width CSV file support. Detects column widths based on the header column names being right padded with spaces.
Reporting Rows
- Added support for Switch Expression with ranges. This is to allow for different SUM, COUNT, AVERAGE, MIN and MAX logic depending on the output column name.
